Recruiting an apprentice

Today, apprenticeship is a forward-looking solution for companies seeking to recruit and train their future employees. Mindful of what’s at stake, ESIX Normandie has developed two work-study programmes:

ESIX Normandie is preparing to open its “Mechatronics and Embedded Systems” degree specialism to the apprenticeship route. Created in 2014, this specialism has until now been available only through initial training.

Recruiting an apprentice engineer at ESIX Normandie offers companies many advantages. It gives you access to a pool of future engineers trained in the latest technologies and attuned to the challenges of different business sectors. What’s more, our students are supported throughout their training by our teaching teams, allowing them to develop technical and professional skills that match the needs of your company.

Looking to recruit an apprentice at ESIX Normandie? A dedicated business relations service is on hand to support you through your recruitment process.

For a work-study contract, the recruitment process begins as early as March for a September start. At that point, we make available to our students the work-study offers entrusted to us by our partner companies, all approved by our teaching teams. This way, our students benefit from quality offers that are well matched to the programmes our school provides.
