ESIX Normandie offers a hands-on learning environment geared towards real professional experience. Throughout their studies, students have the opportunity to carry out supervised projects in partnership with companies. These projects are designed to let students put into practice the skills and knowledge they’ve gained during their training.
To make these projects possible, ESIX Normandie regularly reaches out to companies that have projects to propose and want to work with students.
Partner companies also benefit from this collaboration: they can draw on students’ expertise and enthusiasm to develop innovative projects and gain a fresh perspective on their activities. They also have the chance to build relationships with students and spot talent that could join their company after graduation.
Through these supervised projects, ESIX Normandie students gain concrete professional experience and develop skills in project management, problem-solving and teamwork. This helps them prepare as fully as possible for their future careers and stand out in the job market.
